57th Annual JCCASAC Conference

Join colleagues for professional learning, practical strategies, and connections across juvenile court, community, and alternative education programs. Expect sessions that strengthen student belonging, improve systems of support, and elevate effective practices across schools and partner agencies.

Regular registration rate: $799
Register and pay by January 31 to receive an early bird discount.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Early Bird registration rates are available until the published Early Bird registration deadline. To qualify for the discounted rate, payment must be received by that date, or post marked if paying by check. Registrations with payment received after the Early Bird deadline will be charged the standard registration rate.

Early Bird registration deadline: January 31, 2027

Early Bird registration rate: $750
Full payment must be received prior to attending the event.

Payment by check will be accepted through the published refund deadline. Checks must be received or postmarked by that date. After the refund deadline, only credit card payments will be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, registration cancellations must be submitted by the published refund deadline. After the refund deadline, all registrations are final and non-refundable. Sponsorship packages are non-refundable.

Participants who do not attend the event and do not cancel by the refund deadline remain responsible for the full registration fee. If payment has not been received, the full registration balance will remain due.

Refund deadline: April 30, 2027 at 5:00 PM
Registrants may transfer a registration online by clicking the "Modify Registration" button on the registration form. You will need the email address associated with the current registration and the confirmation number.

Once entered, the confirmation page will reload. To transfer an existing registration to another member of your team, update the attendee information. If you would like assistance transferring the registration, please provide the name or confirmation number for the current registrant and the name and email address of the new registrant to info@cacountysupts.org at your earliest convenience.

A confirmation email will be sent upon transfer of a registration. Any existing payments will be applied to the new registrant. An updated invoice can then be generated using the ‘print the invoices’ feature in the confirmation email.
